# General description

**Ninja Lender** is a **B2B platform** where banks and MFIs can buy and sell **refused** credit applications. We help you find a partner who can make an **alternative** loan offer to borrowers who have initially been refused. In this case, sellers of applications will be able to **reduce the cost** of attracting customers and increase their loyalty. And buyers get **quality traffic** at competitive prices.

Platforms working principle is reflected in the diagram below:

After making a decision on the refusal, the credit institution, with the permission of the borrower, sends its application to the **Ninja Lender** platform, where a search is made for partners willing to issue a loan. If successful, the data seller receives payment for the lead, the buyer receives a new client, and the borrower receives a loan.

Main advantages:

1. Ninja Lender works with **different** types of loans.
2. We use the API, the technology easily integrated with other systems and software.
3. Our platform works in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
